The Tahitian Pearl: our speciality
Born from the black-lipped oyster (Pinctada Margaritifera), variety Cumingii, Tahitian pearls come from Tahiti’s surrounding islands and atolls. Local folklore tells of the god Oro descending on rainbows and giving the Tahitian Pearl its dazzling spectrum of colors. Regardless of its varied shapes and colors, every Tahitian pearl on the market is of the highest quality as the French Polynesian government measures the thickness of nacre of all pearls before export, regulating excellence with the strictest of standards by allowing only superior pearls on the market.
